Absolutely worst experience. They charged my insurance wrongly in Dec 2022 and did not contact both the insurances i provided and instead billed me for 1k, and I have spoken in person to fix the issue, sent emails to the account, and they say they will take care of it, and do absolutely nothing. And it has been 1.5 yrs, and I believe they have sent the bill to debt collectors who are bothering me now. On top of it, they simply add services to overcharge. When my crown fell out, i went for a fix. They insisted that i needed xrays to confirm if it was fixed properly, even when i questioned if it was really necessary. When the repair was done, noone took the xrays to confirm, and when i asked, they sent an assistant to take an xray to "satisfy" me. On top of all this, there is always a wait time even with appointments. Sometimes they just check u in, and take u inside and make u wait hours. Life connecitons building has amazing doctors and facilities, and opticians, but westcoast dental is the absolute worst. Stay away!

I would not go to this place. Really unorganized, the dentist I had was not really even speaking directly to me and didn't explain anything. I am pregnant and I have never had any cavities yet I came and they said I had 3 without doing x rays. I do understand pregnancy can change your calcium in your teeth and vomiting daily doesn't help. But I do not think this place is great. I did the fluoride and they just brush it on your teeth and charge $35. Never have I had this done without trays. If you want a great dentist, go to sincere smiles. Sadly my new insurance doesn't cover them but sincere smiles is the only place I will go. The lady who cleaned my teeth and the front desk lady were nice.
