Yen is so nice and has done a really good job keeping me calm and distracted during our sessions. She's great at reading my pain tolerance and the treatments have always been very effective. She explains the procedures well before starting so you have a good expectation of how many sessions you might need and what you are supposed to feel. The receptionist is also friendly and has been understanding when I was running late to an appointment. I am so sad that they will be closing their doors (Christmas 2020) as I was hoping to have Yen as my go-to for treating myself for years to come! If she ever opens another practice in the future I would definitely be back.

Strong recommend this place for anyone comtemplating on where to go for laser hair removal. I can see the difference in hair reduction after the 1st treatment. Yen is so knowledgeable and experienced with laser hair removal. Her technique is so skilledful. She will adjust the heat level accordingly to the skin types and areas. I'm so glad to find a laser hair removal speacialist that I can trust and continues on with more treatments. I have referred some friends and they are also seeing results

This place is the best!! I had been going to another EXPENSIVE place, for probably seven treatments and I think they were cheating me! After the first couple normal treatments, I began feeling zero pain during the laser, which was a big change from the snapping hot pain I had felt before. Also, the sessions were suddenly much faster, like the nurse was rushing through it. I was seeing no difference in the amount of hair, after multiple treatments. I finally decided to try someone new and found Elegance just blocks from my house, yay! After just one treatment I notice a major difference in hair growth and can see many hairs falling out.
