Perfect experience. Very clean and fresh inside. Staff were friendly and courteous. Visited two times with Nancy as my provider. She’s new and nervous, but the second visit was outstanding. Tipped $80 for the extra service.
Update: the owner called me back to make it right. She was very sincere and apologized for the new masseuse lack of experience. I had an incredible massage from Sarah. Will definitely be back.
I hate to leave a bad review to my favorite place but being a regular client who recommends the business to all my friends, I feel obligated.
My masseuse this time was okay. Her fingers were scratchy which was distracting. It was my birthday so I really wanted to start the day right and not make a fuss about it.

Hands-down, my favorite place to come in San Francisco!. Ambience is tranquil, clean and calming. And some of the best masseuse’s I’ve ever had the pleasure of getting massaged from! How did I get so lucky?, is what I always ask myself when leaving this place because I feel brand new every time. Don’t skimp on the recovery folks, It’s the most important part of a wellness program. Customer for life.
