I saw Dr. Najim for a new patient visit with my elderly dog that has a chronic health issue as well as a newer issue that was being "watched." During my visit Dr. Najim was great at listening to my concerns and took great care of my doggie. She shared hard news very compassionately and the entire staff was very supportive during an emotional time. I would highly recommend Dr. Najim to anyone looking for a new vet around SF.

I have a new puppy and had several neighbors recommend Polk Street animal hospital. They have been very kind and clear in the plan we have for our puppy to get all his vaccines and other preventative care. They have an 8 AM appointment slot, which is really great to be able to bring your dog in before work. As we expected the lobby does smell a bit like urine probably from nervous dogs. It'd be nice if they could do a regular cleaning of that general lobby area. But overall, it is a clean place, especially the rooms where the vet will see you and your dog.

Dr. Eden Hurlbert took care of my new kitten who might have FIV. She is thorough and wonderful!!! Dr. Inman also has so much experience that even she assisted me. This place is clean, friendly, and the staff knows their stuff! Thanks All!
