Ksenia is amazing. I only do hard builder gel, my nails stay for the typical 4 weeks and probably would stay longer if they weren’t so long. Time management at this salon is a little hairy sometimes but at least I never feel rushed, even when they’re busy. Budget an hour minimum and you’ll be fine!

The gel manicures here last 2.5-3 weeks without chipping. However, do not expect a timely experience, as I often wait over 20 minutes to get helped even with an appointment, which they make easily accessible as you can book online. Further, actual manicure/pedicure services simply take longer here than usual. For example, I was here around 2.5 hours the first time I came solely to get a gel manicure. Although the manicures last, not sure it is worth the time commitment.

The staff here is very kind and they do a great job with nail designs. I've been here 4 times and I have always had an issue with the wait if I'm not the first appointment in the morning. One time I waited 46 minutes at the chair before someone came over to do my nails. There's a huge emphasis on being 10 minutes early to your appointment, which I kept following, so it's super frustrating when you come in early and have to wait an additional hour.
