I decided to visit this place after getting recommended to come here, by a friend. I made an appointment with Jina, and she was great! I never know what length to get because all the sizes are different at every store I go to. She helped me pick the appropriate length and made sure that I understood what style and length I was getting done for the procedure. My eyelashes have gotten weak over the last year bc I've been constantly getting fake eyelashes and she was still able to make my eyelashes look full and natural. Very accommodating and excellent service! Nice little salon. They kindly fixed my lashes and gave me exactly what I wanted. I appreciate small business that care about their customers and want to make sure they are happy!

Very overdue 10-star review! I've been coming to Olivia for the last 3 years, starting from the Palo Alto location, and now in SF. Praise the heavens that for the SF location, since I'm able to visit much more frequently! Olivia & Lash has the best quality and service for lash extensions- and believe me,I've made the mistake of trying out 10+ other lash places in the city- and they simply don't compare. It's important to note Olivia is the female founder of her own business, has multiple successful locations, and she does this all with 2 young kids.
