This review has been long overdue. I have been coming here for years now. When I first started coming here, I thought it was a little bit pricey, so I decided to go elsewhere, but I regretted it right away. You're paying for quality here. Xiulan is the best! My lashes will last me through my next refill which is every 3 weeks and unlike the other place I tried it doesn't burn. Xiulan is very talented and great at what she does. I would highly recommend her.

I've been getting lash extensions for 5+ years now--with Xiulan for 3+ years--and she is THE BEST. I tried so many different lash artists after moving back to SF in 2018 but no one comes even close to Xiulan's skill, attention to detail and care for her clients. She always advises me if she thinks I should go with a different style or length for any reason (e.g., a more glam look ahead of special events or lighter lashes after a particularly stressful few weeks to give my real lashes a break). What's not to love about Xiulan?1) impeccable work -- arguably the best in the bay, and that's saying a LOT considering there are tons of lash folks here. My lashes are beautiful, look super natural, and they stay ON! Her attention to detail is absolutely incredible and she takes a ton of pride in her work.2) CRIME PODCASTS. She loves a good story, and we have so much fun listening and commenting on the latest episodes. 3) she's straight up, no b******* kinda person--and I appreciate that about her.
