What an awesome group of dedicated staffs. I got injured at work which left me with multiple discs' injuries. Was unable to walk or support myself for several months without a use of a walker. Pain medications weren't helping much due to nerve issues. My occupational health doctor recommended PT at the hospital location where I work for a month along with acupunctures sessions. I still was not improving much. I did the routines recommended by the PT staffs there everyday, but little improvement noted. It was a long, painful, and lost of some independence journey... Came to synergy orthopedics with a 50% tear of the supraspinatus shoulder tendon. I was unable to swim or surf, and after two months of physical therapy I am getting back to the sports I love, without surgery. The staff and physical therapist here are outstanding. Amy, Justin, Jenny and Fran have helped me through this injury using a treatment plan, progression of exercises and increasing weight. Justin is the king of cupping! Amy is very sport specific in her approach, and Jenny got me doing heavier weights little, by little. Great flexibility in appointments. Nicole does the scheduling, and always very accommodating in finding days and times that work best for me.
I've been taking my grandma here for over a year & have appreciated the staff for everything they do. They continually check in on how her PT at home is going & make adjustments as needed. They work with her well and really engage with her and their other patients. At this point I'm pretty sure my grandma thinks more of the staff as friends and she looks forward to going to her appointment every week. Nicole at the front is so helpful in making the appointments help fit our schedule. My grandma loves working with everyone but definitely has a soft spot for working with Justin & Fran because of the time they give her. If I ever need PT myself I would... read full review
