These guys are trash, did a "lawsuit" class action and was notified of a settlement. It had been a while since I heard I was getting one so I called to follow up. They sent me numerous e mails asking for information and then they told me they "e mailed a virtual master card" and ironically it's the only e mail that I don't receive from them. Waited a month called again and repeat process. Swigart is bogus, they can't solve the problem and that would lead me to believe they are some "better call Saul" Unreputable law, firm ambulance, chaser. it's real easy. If you are a law firm and you win a lawsuit, the funds go into an escrow account where they are dispersed to the lit against. What type of law firm issues a settlement in the form of an electronic debit/MasterCard and doesn't let the litigate know that they are going to be receiving it and then when you called to check and verify they tell you oh we sent it. We don't know why you didn't get the email. Let us elevate it . So if you got the runaround from these people, I'm sorry supposedly they're going to fix this issue again I won't hold my breath but if you ever see their name and need some legal help, these aren't the people to go to their shady.
