I've been coming to Southside for about a year, I only get trims because I'm trying to grow my hair out. I book with Melinda every time and she is awesome! She is the type of stylist who listens to what you want and gives you suggestions that fit your specific wants. I always leave happy! The salon itself is super cute as well and the rest of the girls have always been very welcoming.

Got my first haircut with Megan and absolutely love it!! She did such an amazing job with the blow out! She was awesome, polite and sweet. Did my hair exactly the way I wanted. If you love the idea of having your hair washed with the best massage and a glass of wine, then consider a visit. You're gonna LOVE the way you look! I guarantee it!

This is a great salon to go to, from the stylists to the management of this business. The décor is very cute and welcoming and they play great music while you get your hair done. Shelley is a terrific stylist with a warm personality. I am allergic to PPD in hair dyes and she found a special dye to use on my hair from Europe that does not use PPD (it is banned in the European Union). I get many compliments on her coloring job. Everyone says that it looks natural and to boot, it lasts over 3 months! I have had other stylists at overly priced salons who have butchered my hair when I have told them I want to grow it out. Shelley is the only one who has listened to my hair goals and because of her, I am finally reaching the length I want. The owner of the salon is also great at holding a lot of team building events and trips for her employees and it shows because you can tell everyone is happy to come to work. This is a very positive and upbeat salon with stylists who care about you.
