I made an appointment with Marv and he did an excellent job cutting my hair. I haven't had my hair professionally cut in several years so it was nice to get fresh fade. He made great conversation which is always a plus.
IÂ noticed people were like having a grill out side of a salon that had been closed for a year or 2 i asked what was going on, the people grillin were in fact the new owners, said they are selling 1$ hamburgers and cheeseburgers for the re-grand-opening of salon xcess. They also told me the prices were slashed only on these 2 days, which was probably like 35% off, i walked inside to see a new fresh look, i was greeted by my soon to be hairstylist sylvia, who is like so awesome but ill tell more later, she asked if i would like anything to drink from whine to beer to soda to water, i politely took a water and even chips, i asked how much, she said o nothing this is complimentary!...read full review
I tried many barbers in San Diego since I moved from Turkey! Finally came across to salon xcess ! Marvin totally understand what style I want and he uses his scissors like his third hand! Not just a hair cut but also he is really good at trimming and shaving beard too! I would definitely recommend to anybody out there looking for the quality job for reasonable prices!
