Great service from start to finish. I had a ProMax technician out to service my tankless water heater. ProMax let me know when the technician was heading my way, and then the technician texted me. Alex showed up early, was very polite, and finished without any issues.

Daniel and Alex are reliable and friendly. I was impressed how honest and friendly both of them were. I decided to give the company a try after reading all of the wonderful views. I was not disappointed and will definitely be using them should any other plumbing situations occur at my home. Can't thank them enough!!!! Water heater gave out two days before Thanksgiving. Checked google/yelp for top notch installers/plumbers. Called Daniel with Promax, said no problem he would be out in a few hours. Showed up, gave estimate/ competitively priced to install new tankless water heater and remove and haul old one away. Alex showed up following morning, positive attitude and energy.
