I love Palmer Skin! I am really happy with the ease of booking, communications about bookings (confirmations, changes, etc), pricing, and quality of services. I had a wax with Bailey yesterday and it was a great overall quality and service. I was also super happy with my wax with Elizabeth about 2 months ago.

they don’t value people’s time. I was sitting there for 45 minutes even though I had an appointment. They have a poor customer service, the person at the front desk were not giving me an acceptable answer about how long do I need to wait more after being waiting for 45min. I ended up canceling the appointment.The funny thing is that if you cancel your appointment less than 24hrs ahead, they charge you.. probably because their time is more valuable than your time!

Last Friday I received a Hydrafacial from Lizzy at Palmer Skin and boy was it a treat! Lizzy is attentive, gentle, relatable, and most importantly, very knowledgeable. I have oily skin with too many blackheads and she made it a point to extract every one of them! My skin looked amazing after her treatment and still does a week and a day later. She listened to the concerns I had regarding my aging skin (turning 40 this year) and thanks to her recommendations and my new skincare regimen, I've never felt so confident in my skin. I normally get a professional facial once a year, if that, but not anymore. See you in a month, Lizzy!

So so amazing! I went in for a hydra facial and it was one of the best I've ever gotten! Palmer skin offers professional clinical facials but in such a nice warm welcoming environment that isn't sterile or stuffy!! my skin was GLOWING and acne gone immediately after- highly recommend :) the nicest staff as well and the best location! Cannot wait to go back!

I had an incredible experience at Palmer Skin with Amy! She's not only knowledgeable, but also, makes the process so enjoyable. I did a hydrafacial with dermaplaning and a lip replenishing serum - SO GOOD, 12/10 recommend! Amy explained every step along the way and also made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. As for Palmer Skin as a whole, the interior is so cute, clean and smells great. It's also great that they offer a couple of parking spots close by, so you might not have to park far or pay for parking if you're lucky enough to snag one. Overall, I'm very happy with my experience at Palmer Skin. I don't do things like this for myself often, but now I can't wait for my next facial with Amy!

I received one of the waxing services that Palmer provides. It was done by a new employee and she did very well. It was done in a timely manner and the facility is welcoming and clean. I would recommend Palmer if you have any waxing needs.
