Do not hire this company. They seems to be going out of business and they do not have money to pay me as a subcontractor since late March. Niech has been paid by their client with great reviews of our work and Tom continues to tell me the company doesn’t have the funds to fulfill my invoice. “There is just no money” he says. They are shady and a disgrace to good contractors. As a new small business owner, this hit is hard on me and my family but we will continue to move forward, continues to grow, and continue to provide good quality service. Lesson learned.

I'm owed $350 for an over payment which I have not yet received after 2 - 3 months of waiting. Also, the cement slab is a 1.5" pitch which needs to be corrected to accommodate the intended endless pool / spa for which is it was installed.

This is coming from an ex-employee. Worst company in the world. DO NOT WORK WITH THEM. As a Sales/Project Manager it is so sad to see what the company has done to its clients. In training, and on the field, we were told to say and do things, with trust that they would make it happen. THERE MAIN GOAL IS TO UPSELL AND OVER PROMISE. I was very communicative with my clients and tried to do as much to help them when there was an issue. All of the upper staff would tell me to ignore them, and that is simply not in my work ethics. One of my projects was for a very sweet woman who wanted to turn her guest bedroom into a hospice stay for her sick mother. It had been 3 months before they made any progress, and they were doing everything wrong. Her mother passed before they ever, if they ever, finished the job. They found excuses not to pay the team, a lot of the sales persons, and even contractors. The whole office is a disaster, and it's extremely toxic to work at.So on behalf of them, as a former employee, I am so sorry that you have had to deal with them. Do not work with them in the future! It's a circus.

Lots of promises were made to get me to sign the contract. The salesman only showed when it came to financing stuff, not caring much about the project itself. Let's just say had it not been for me working from home, lots of these promises would not have been fulfilled. I had to be my own project manager. Thankfully I was here to make sure the promises we agreed to were completed. They would have given me the cheap tile, wrong color, and cheap ac units. Also none of my requests were relayed to the subs doing the work so many other details would not have been done either. Also they asked me to lie to the financing department and say the project was complete when it wasn't. Just so they can get their money, saying they needed to get funded in order to complete my project. Really shady company. Thankfully it was completed and I haven't heard from them since. Only the subs. I had a leak in the roof and had to call the sub directly. He came to help on his own dime. The AC guy completed the job with permits and all on his own dime. Everything after they got their money was directly through the subs. Niche Builders disappeared entirely. Not even a phone call. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY

I needed a roof replacement and selected Niche Builders Group after quoting multiple contractors. Tom promised me they would start on Monday and finish on Friday and that's exactly what they did. The roof is watertight and I'm thrilled with the results. My house was kept clean and tidy and I was kept in the loop every day with regard to progress.5 months later, I needed wood repair after tenting for termites. I had no hesitation in calling Niche Builders again. I received the same quality service on a tricky repair. Again, great communication and a tidy worksite.I would certainly recommend Niche Builders and use them again if the situation warrants it.

SCAMThis company replaces the roof on my parents home and now they are not honoring their contract, in fact their numbers are now out of service. The new roof that was installed is now leaking only after 18 months of being replaced. Now my parents are out $18K and they seem to be out of business.Services: Roof repair

Loved their attention to details. Work well done. Tidied up properly it didn’t seem like painting was being done while they were painting as they left the house clean every evening. Highly recommended

DO NOT CONTRACT...Scam company This company seems to be playing games. They fixed my mothers roof about two years ago or less and all of their numbers are now out of service. I made contact with them two months ago and they seem to misplaced the contract and advised that someone will be going to the house to fix the leak on a new roof. I spoke with Willy and he asked to send an email which to this day he has not returned or even bother calling. I have a feeling this might be a scam.

Not worth a 1 star. I hired Niche to renovate my kitchen and install flooring in my home. Their work was terrible when they finished and I had requested they return multiple times to make corrections. The owner, Yaz, even had to come to my home to assess the issue as if he were going to fix the issue. He assured me if there were any future issues that my 10 year warrant would be honored and they would send in someone to repair any of the work they did in my home. Total scammers. I've contacted Yaz several times and I called the main office and spoke to Nate (production manager) and he stated he would get back to me regarding the request. No response. This company is taking advantage of hard working homeowners and selling them a finished product one can be happy with for years and yet they hire unlicensed "handymen from off the streets type workers" when the sales team claim they only hire fully licensed in-house employees to work on the homes. Their work is not done to code and is sloppy. Save your money and don't deal with this company. You've been warned.
