I asked for an estimate to key match four new doors. They sent the estimate same day. Jim and Margie arrived on time. They are professional and the work was done swiftly The cost was slightly higher because of the type of doors but overall cost was still reasonable. Highly recommend.

I called several lock smiths for quotes and timing estimates after I locked myself and my kids out of our condo. Jim and Marj were the only actual locksmiths that answered their phone directly instead of an answering service who gave me a run around on pricing. With J & M, I was provided a no hassle quote after texting Jim a picture of my door needing opened. He told me it would be about 30 minutes and I said that was fine, but also let him know I was waiting outside with my kids. They arrived in 20 minutes, and were so kind, friendly and knowledgeable.
