Dre was fantastic! He came to our home within an hour and checked everyone in our family for lice. He was incredibly thorough and took his time with each of us. He completed an extremely thorough 3 step process for our daughter who had active lice, and provided clear instructions for the follow-up maintenance. He was patient and answered all of our questions about lice, including how to handle items (bedding, etc.) around the home. We were able to go about our lives after his treatment and felt much better knowing how to prevent lice going forward!

We just found lice in my daughters hair and used an OTC treatment (which was really harsh) and then I learned about SUPER LICE!!! I was so thankful to have found Heavenly Hair and Heavenly! She fit is in right away and checked the whole family. She’s uses treatment that is safe for our kids and gets rid of super lice and the eggs. She also provided detailed instructions for at home follow up and really important information to help us through all of this!

I recently visited Heavenly Hair for a lice removal service for my daughter and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed with their service. The person who provided the service, Heavenly, was professional and friendly, which immediately made us feel comfortable.I texted them at 7 am, and to my surprise, we were taken in for the service by 10:45 am the same day. Heavenly checked my and my husband’s hair very carefully, free of charge (we didn’t have anything). She then proceeded to very thoroughly comb through and treat my daughter’s long hair.
