I love that you can rent saunas here! Before we got our own, it was really nice to trying them out beforehand. I love coming here and treating myself to a wellness/spa day. Not the most high end option but still really nice for a more wellness-focused day.

Amazing place with unbelievable customer service. I am very particular when it comes to services, cleanliness of the place and quality. This place is unbelievable.Owners are considerate, management is kind and professional, and they do everything for you to have an unsurpassed experience.I had a facial, and I honestly didn't expect to like it that much, it included massage of face and neck, and 80 minutes flew by like a second, and I left revived, rested and my skin was glowing.Ultrared wrap performed by Desiree was unbelievably healing and relaxing.Any misunderstanding, they resolve with grace and professionalism.Bottom line, they are excellent in everything. There's nothing quite like treating yourself to a massage, facial or heck.. a full spa day, so if you are looking for a place to indulge in a little self-care.. look no further! Eco Chateau has three locations around San Diego, but this review is specifically for the Sorrento Valley location. The first time you visit, it might be a bit tricky to find as the entrance is located on the back side of the building. Since there are two similar looking buildings next to one another, you will want to go to the furtherest one {on the right if you're looking at both from the entrance}.
