Daniel helped us serve a termination of lease after our renter showed inclinations of potentially not leaving our property. He was efficient and effective. She left and we are very grateful to not have to go through the eviction process. I feel in these circumstances, better safe than sorry. $500 to communicate to renters that you will take legal action if they stay I suspect is effective more often than not to people who try to play games.

STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS... you can see that 99% of his reviews are from 1+ years ago. This guy is a liar and he has also taken on too many cases to handle that he has family members who don't know what they are doing helping him and giving clients wrong information (Michelle told me that MLS was required for the case which freaked me out, and is ridiculous given you have tenants trashing your house. Of course she was wrong).
He helped me file the Eviction notice. He never responded to any inquiries after that. Then, after the notice expired I tried reaching him for over a week to file the lawsuit (which he falsely guarantees 1 day after notice being expired) and could not get ahold of him. After he finally got back to me, he went back on his word regarding the subtenants and told me that all the information he gave me regarding subtenants on the property was incorrect and that new notices have to be filed!
I am now set back over 2 months because of this guy and have to find a new lawyer and start the process over.

Absolutely horrible communication skills and highly unprofessional. It's clear he has too many cases going on at once and his emails are drafted in the most unintelligible manner I've ever seen from anyone, no exaggeration. We had to settle our case just days before we went to court, despite him having it for months and assuring us that he would win. It wasn't until crunch time that he said that there was no way we would win and we should look at a settlement, which ended up being at great cost to us! The most frustrating part was that the reason he told us the case was almost certain to lose was based on an error in the process that we brought up to him from the beginning but in which he said not to worry about. It seemed like he assumed the tenant would back down once served. His hubris cost us so much and I would not recommend him to anyone for any reason. The 5 star reviews I see are baffling since we had the opposite experience, especially when it came to the way he communicates.
