Marko worked diligently and efficiently, was friendly and flexible as well (The door lock was off in seconds, the bolt lock we finally just removed. Congratulations to schlage and their excellent locks, we didn't want to spend more time trying to coax it to open). I would recommend their service. They were prompt and the price was reasonable

The lock on the main entrance to my house broke yesterday so I checked online for a nearby locksmith to fix or replace it. The Busy Bee website popped up immediately in my search (great website! Very thorough and informative!) so I called and was able to get a locksmith at 9 this morning. The locksmith , Alex Valadez, got here right on time and replaced my damaged doorknob and lock quickly and efficiently. He showed me the damage on my old lock & explained why it no longer worked and he installed a new doorknob and re-keyed it so my key that fits all my doors would work on this one too. I'm very relieved to have a reliable lock and to now know a good locksmith to call if I need one in the future. I entered Busy Bee's contact information in my contact list immediately! I highly recommend Busy Bee as well as Alex!

I encourage folks to tip after all we are going through big time inflation.Maria is great and the long hair dude is a team player for sure. They deserve 5 stars. I used Busy Bees Lock&Keys for the first time. I lost the only key I had to my Harley. The first technician came tried for 11/2 hours with no results but they didn’t stop there. They sent a second technician with more experience in the kind of lock I have and he successfully made me two keys. I would strongly recommend Busy Bees.

I had an appointment with Busy Bee in Escondido to get a new transponder key and fob. They were pretty busy, so I had to wait about 20 min, but during that time I saw a lot of employee interaction with the customers. All the employees were cheerful and friendly. Brody did a great job! After finishing with my car, he showed me that the key and fob worked and explained some details of the fob. This was super helpful, because I had just purchased this car and was unfamiliar with this type of fob. He did it all with a smile and was super polite.I would definitely go back to Busy Bee for any future needs.

Daniel was amazing. We couldn’t open our front door. He had to troubleshoot our old lock and replace it with the lock my mother purchased. The lock she picked didn’t fit the 42 year old specs on her custom door, but he was able to drill the hole out and make it work. We were more than pleased with the house call and the price.
