If I could give Kelly more than 5 stars I would!! I'm so happy I found her. I've had the worst experiences at European Wax Center and never thought I would get another brazilian again but Kelly has completely changed my mind! This has been by far the most pleasant experience I've had waxing. Kelly takes her time and doesn't rush through waxing you. She really cares about her clients. And the best part is it was almost PAIN FREE! I kept waiting to tense up in pain but never did! Kelly truly knows what she is doing and uses HIGH QUALITY products and techniques. I highly recommend booking your waxing with Kelly! I will definitely be coming back and recommending all my friends! I promise you won't regret getting waxed by Kelly. She is the kindest person and her room smells, sounds, and looks like a spa! Who would ever think waxing and relaxation would go hand in hand!Not to mention she gives first time clients a discount, active duty military & their spouses discounts, and if you pre book your next visit you get a discount!!

This was my first time getting waxed so I don't really have anything to compare it to. Kelly is very kind and she makes you feel comfortable. It did take a while but I feel like she just really cares about your comfort.

Kelly is heaven sent!!I've tried waxing before with two different companies prior to visiting Brazil Appeal Waxing & the experience was less than satisfactory. Not to mention My pain tolerance is basically nonexistent. BUT KELLY, She's truly an angel. Her knowledge, patience , kindness, reassurance & amazing products made the experience practically pain free. *** everything is clean and sanitized. The bed is warmed, there's light music playing for background noise & it smells of essential oils. Bonus: she doesn't double dip the wax sticks!! ***She explained everything perfectly. What? Why? & How ?I felt completely at ease knowing I was in her care.. By the end of the service I knew I would be returning to Kelly for all of my future waxing needs. All of the reviews are no joke ! She's the best hands down!!

I have absolutely loved my experience at Brazil Appeal! When I moved to the area, I was very cautious when looking for a place to get a Brazilian. My previous three experiences back home had been brutal. But Brazil Appeal completely convinced me to try again and now I refuse to go anywhere else! The pain is so minimal. There was a lot of care and tenderness through the entire session. I was offered water and she explained the entire process my first time, which I really appreciated.

It was my first time getting a Brazilian, Kelly's salon was easy to find and she was easy to contact. Kelly specializes in making it virtually painless! I was surprised at how smooth the appointment went, I felt very secure and was shown techniques to make it comfortable. Step-by-step, she talked me through the process, and details on the process after. Kelly was lovely, friendly, and very fairly priced for her level of expertise. I'll be back!
