COTIC is a family business that has been in existence for over 30 years. It was started by Roger Cavanna and is now under the ownership of son Conroy. I have been a customer for many years and have been struck by the honesty, attention to detail, the vast knowledge about Persian carpets, and the integrity of this business. One is treated with kindness and enthusiasm as soon as one enters the premises. Purchasing a rug from COTIC is definitely making an investment and every care is given to help the customer make the right decision and to come up with a price that is fair.
