I've been a long time customer of Victoria's and greatly appreciate her skill as both a hair stylist and electrologist but really like how professional she is. The shop is immaculately clean and she takes the time to explain what she is doing.

I went to Victoria for electrolysis sessions. I haven't been back for several months because no hair has grown back. I will use her services again if I need them. I appreciate that she had me get numbing cream. She also instructed me to put plastic wrap over the cream, I applied cream and wrap on upper lip and chin and kept it on until I got to the studio--it's a great suggestion because it keeps the cream moist making it more effective. The studio is charming and clean. Victoria is professional, very personable and confident.

I love going to Victoria for Electrolysis. She is very thorough in what the client needs to do in preparation for the procedure and I respect this a lot. Because of COVID, she is taking extra precautions with requiring negative tests, vaccine proof and masking for both parties (except the client while getting facial hair worked on, then mask is back on). That is also great with me!!She has a very quiet and private space with all the tools and amenities you would expect from a professional, and she is fastidious about the place.A++ from me
