I had a great experience at target this morning. Came in to have my sunglasses looked at and repaired and there was no cost involved. He simply put in the screw turned the screwdriver and I was out the door. Excellent service nice shop.

Attn NEO WONG: This "pathetic excuse" for an optometrist usually does not make mistakes like that. Since you did not order any glasses here, or return for verification, or contact us at all! after your exam 7 MONTHS AGO, we cannot know what power was actually put into your glasses. Though your script actually has no signs to flip. (+0 = -0 = 0.) Perhaps someone misread or misinterpreted the values written, especially if you happened to order the glasses online. I came in to Target Optical at about 15 minutes to close (which I try not to do) and the associate Brooklyn was super helpful and kind. I had a pair of glasses that were crooked and she straightened them right out, tightened them, and cleaned them up. All super quickly and with a smile. She was knowledgeable and I’ll be back for my optical needs for sure.
