Dude in the red silk vest combo is mad creepy. I can understand a glance but a full stare down from one end of the block to the next. AND postion yourself to get a better view from AROUND the pole as I'm sitting my vehicle is CRAZY. Then when I pull out my camera he walks away as if he wasnt watching me the ENTIRE time I was surveying. Ewww just ewww. Idk if your plan was to make me feel uncomfortable but I'm more so creeped out than anything and concerned for any woman in your presence.
