There are not enough great things I can say about Richard! He is responsive, kind, and an expert who is able to provide accurate and helpful advice. We ran into complications while installing new thermostats and Richard was able to listen to our description of the problem and suggest the right $5 fix. He was quite the contrast compared to the other AC guys we talked with. Excited to work with him more as he has made a lifelong customer out of us!

Words can't describe how happy I am to have found and used 7 Days Heating and A/C. When our A/C unit blew at 3am we were worried about leaving our animal at home in close to 100° weather with no A/C. The guys at 7 Days responded quickly and were out for an assessment within two hours of my first text to them (pro-tip, texting will get a quicker response than calling with them). We were able to get our whole system replaced by 5pm the same day!! All the workers were friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable. They were able to answer my questions easily and helped me to understand what they were doing. They took away the old system and parts and left the area clean and beautiful. I will ABSOLUTELY be contacting them again for any and all service and emergency needs.

Highly recommend 7 Days Heating & AC! Honest, reliable, and great communication! We were lucky that he was in our neighborhood when we contacted him. He said he would be over in about an hour. Showed up assessed the problem and clearly explained the issue. Sent us options with detailed estimates later that day as promised. Our new condenser installed the next day! Can't ask for better service! Thanks!

****BEWARE**** I've been using 7 Days heating and air for over 5 years now. I have a few rentals and also refer 7 days to family members. Most of the time it's because there's a leak and I need to refill refrigerant and one time I replaced my AC unit. 7 Days seem to be fair and honest. Ugly truth came out last month when I called 7 days (Richard is the owner) to troubleshoot my cousin's AC. After inspecting the AC unit he told me that the relay and capacitor is bad and needs to be changed. He also said the coils needs cleaning. He said it was going to cost $560. I called my cousin up and had Richard explained to him what was wrong and he agreed to move forward with the service. My younger brother was also there and after hearing what was wrong with the AC unit, said in Vietnamese to me that it's too expensive and that he can probably fix it himself after the diagnosis. FYI my brother have been doing a lot of research on AC units for the past year so he's very knowledgeable....he's just not an expert. So I stopped Richard and told him I think we're going to get a second opinion. Richard seem a bit shocked and said "Ohh okay." He told me it's going to be $80 if he walks. My brother felt pretty confident he can fix it if it's just replacing the capacitor and relay. So we gave him $80 and let him walk. So the next day my brother checked out the AC again and he was able to manually turn the AC on. Turns out nothing was wrong with the relay or capacitor and it was just the delay switch. Mind blown!!! I trusted this guy for years. Made me wonder if he lied to me about needing to replaced my previous AC unit which cost $3K because it was still fairly new. We couldn't believe it. Very disappointed because I thought Richard was pretty cool guy. Or maybe it was all just an act. Be careful everybody...AC technicians can just lie to you and there's no way for you to know if they're telling the truth or not. Most of the time people will just go ahead with the service because most of the time the technician charge just to come out and that fee is waived if you move forward with the service. Sorry Richard but you can't just go around screwing over hard working families. You need to do better.

Had an issue with my furnace only temporarily staying on, he was quick to answer the call and come to complete the job same day in a timely manner! Once here he was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all the questions I had. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue and fix it! Issue stemmed from the initial install 5 years ago, and my only wish would be that I had contacted him sooner! Would definitively be calling him again for any issues going forward. Thanks again and now have essentially a brand new heater working great again!

Our AC stopped working during the peak of the heat wave Labor Day weekend. I sent a text Monday evening with the issues and got an immediate response. Richard was at me house by 8am Tuesday morning. He was absolutely transparent about what the issues were, what needed to be done to fix it and provided the repair costs along the way. After a couple repairs, coil cleaning and refrigerant refill we were comfortable again. I would absolutely recommend this business!!!

10/10 recommend! Started having issues with our air conditioning unit and reached out to schedule it to be looked at. Richard is very responsive, scheduled us next day, provided a lot of information on the unit. He's extremely knowledgeable and you can tell. We ended up having to replace the motor in our unit and he's got it running like new! He even came and replaced the motor on his off day so we would not be stuck without A/C in this insane heat wave and we are so so grateful! Will definitely be using him for all of our heating and air needs in the future!

I bought an older house back in 2019. The ac / hvac System is older. the breakers ideally need to be replaced. I've had the ac die several times since owning the house. Rich responds swiftly every time. Each time I think I'm gonna be paying 2k+ he comes through with his knowledge and experience and gets my ac up and running at an exceptional price. He takes good care of you. He's personable - replies to text messages anytime of day. I believe in being loyal to those who treat you well and take care of you. Rich is a good dude I would recommend his business any day the week, twice on Sunday.
