My water heater stopped working and I contacted them through the Bradford White dealer in Sacramento.Jim went to our home 4 times and couldn't fix the problem, apparently my water heater has to be replaced.He charged us $199 the first time and $424 the last time he went and on top of everything he told us he didn't have time to install the new water heater.We are down $623 and with the same issue as before.This is not professional, ethical and correct.Please save your money and go elsewhere or make sure they will get the job done before you pay because they will leave you stranded.Service: Water heater repair

I called after hours and left a message yesterday. Before 8 am, I had a text to set up an appointment for the same day. Jay came, listened to what was going on and easily predicted the problem- hair in the drain. He quoted me for a simple decking, but then told me what other possibilities could be and what that could entail.He was professional, friendly and efficient. All I can say is that I would HIGHTLY recommend SIGNATURE PLUMBING. I had multiple things that were in need of repair, I received an honest and upfront quote. Jim and team were awesome in every step of the way. I tried using a "big name" but what I got was BIG PRICES.Jay was great to work with and he was efficient and fast.More than happy with what happened at my home. Exceptional customer service- kind polite efficient hardworking and just a wonderful helpful human being !!! It was 105 today - he never complained just removed the old water heater- installed the new unit with a smile !!!

I've had Jim and his team out to the house many times over the years. They always respond very quickly! Even in emergency situations they have been accommodating and find time to get up here to fix the problem. Always professional and they do quality work. Anytime I have a plumbing issue, I always call signature plumbing. If you need a plumber give Jim and his team a call.

Please do not use this company. They charge a $89.00 fee to come out for an estimate and if you use their services they subtract it from the total. I was a little hesitant so I sent a picture of a water filtration system I needed installed and asked for a very rough ball park so I could determine if it was worth it. I was told probably about 700.00. So I went ahead and scheduled the appointment. Well once they came out and wrote an estimate it was $1,500.00. I had to pay the 89.00 fee. The next day I called another company and they came out and gave a FREE estimate and installed it for $600.00. If you're on a budget and every dollar counts please beware. This was a hard hit to my bank account as the installation was already a lot and I'm living on a teachers salary. Hopefully, you don't run into the same issue I did.

Signature Plumbing responded quickly when I called with a leaking water heater. They obtained a replacement heater and installed it for a reasonable price. While here they protected my house and carpets from damage brought the instalation up to code and left everything in good shape and clean. Quick workers with great attitudes! Both experiences were excellent: fit me in same day both times, quickly diagnosed my water heater problem, repaired quickly with parts inventory on their truck, and answered all my questions on my problem and their repair. Incompetence, overselling, false and misleading claims and outright lies about the severity of the problem and deceptive practices are only a few words with which I can describe this company's practice. We had a clogged kitchen drain pipe that could have been cleared with a snake if the right tools were used at a minimum cost. The technician who came to our house first used a regular snake. The job took less that ten minutes and he claimed that the clog was cleared, a charge of $189 without any warranties. Not so. The next day he came back and did other things. No results, another $375 charge and no warranties, plus stating that he must come back with a drain pipe camera (another $225) and very strongly claiming that we needed to "jackhammer" the floor of our kitchen/living room to find the clogged pipe, potentially costing thousands of dollars unnecessarily. Thankfully after some research we found out that the job could have been done quite effectively had they used the right drain snake attachment. They even had failed to check the flow of water through the sewer access hole outside the house if the pipe had been cleared on the first day, a very basic thing that even any beginner technician should have known. That job was eventually done by another company quite effectively at a minimum cost and with a warranty too. Signature plumbing's supposedly "experienced" technician acted quite unprofessionally, with sloppy paperwork, sloppy and inconsiderate workmanship and unconscionable exaggerations about the scope of the job. I would stay away from this company.
