I purchased a groupon for 2 IPL sessions and when I went in for my consultation, I learned that IPL alone wasn't going to get rid of the broken capillaries in my face. Yes, the doctor upsold me additional services, but all at a very reasonable price when compared with other med spas. The lovely young woman at the front desk marked my groupons as used and I paid $700 for additional services. I did not receive treatment that first day and was told they would call me later that same day with my appointment time. Donna was extremely knowledgeable on IPL's, took her time explaining before, during and acted care. Excited for the results, I'm realistic and know it will take several sessions but I feel comforted in her care. Staff is nice and office is organized, shared with a primary care office so feels reassuring doctor is always ok the premises.
