I have been waxed before. This is my first experience with Wax Lounge. I was greeted professionally when I walked in. I was serviced on time for my appointment. The wax was perfect temperature compared to other placed I've been too. She was able to wax each section once and clean up very well. In other places I've been I've experienced the person going over the sections twice for some reason, and causing it to be more uncomfortable. I can't wait to go back here because of my fast and pleasant experience! Thank you!

Demi was very thorough. I told her it was my 1st time ever getting professionally waxed and she made sure to explain everything along the way while also making sure to ask me if I was doing ok, too. She was making good conversation and was very nice and professional.Services: Leg hair removal

I was very disappointed with this business. They have an extremely strict time policy. I arrived early for my appt and was taken back for treatment. It was then that I was told I cannot be seen because of some ongoing skin issues. The service I booked was advertised as TREATING the issues for which I was denied service. I was told to rebook IF I wanted to, but the service would not be refunded. They basically stole $200 from me. Their attitudes were not welcoming or sympathetic, and I do not want to return. Unless you have perfect skin, don't bother with these chicks.

I absolutely love this place for waxing!! I've been coming here for a while now for my Brazilians and everyone is so lovely. It has the cutest interior, it really gets you in the mood to pamper yourself. I have been waxing with Clara for a while and she does an amazing job! She makes me feel so comfortable when getting my services done and makes sure to get every last hair. I highly recommend :)

I was looking for a good eyebrow wax place in Riverside after my last girl never called me back (but, that's for another review). Anyways, I found The Wax Lounge through Yelp and have been such a fan! Gigi is my go-to girl. She always does my wax in a way that isn't painful and looks amazing. She's also super sweet during the appointment. I'm in and out in less than 10 minutes! Love it!
