Good deep tissue massage. I have a ton of knots in my lower back and they worked alot of them out. My left arm was making a cracking sound when I fully extended it, and this issue is gone now after the massage. A mixture of hot stones, oil, stretching and standing.
I went to Serenity many times and got a massage from Mick. Mick is awesome and very respectful. He is great at relieving muscle knots and tension. I highly recommend serenity massage.
Amazing, I did the 90minute combo Thai massage and Patty was amazing. I felt like a new person after that massage, definitely felt less pain around my neck and feet, she really did hard pressure which is what my body needs. I did feel a bit sore the next two days but it's better than the tightness and pain I was feeling before. I will be going again, and definitely recommend you try this place!
