Brian from hush air came out to the property same day service and took care of my issue which some previous company by the name of Nexgen air are all bad. They overcharged me for a drain pipe replacement and didn’t fix the issue at hand correctly. They sabotaged my ac unit by bringing down the speed setting on my blower motor by changing the leads to the motor to make me feel like my motor was going bad and wasn’t getting any air blown out the air vents in the rooms. Just complete dishonesty.Hush air came out and made things right with drain pipe and corrected issue with blower motor and was very honest and helpful, family of 8 with a 1 yr old that needs cold air in order to nap thank you Brian for taking care of us as well as hush air and Kim for putting in the service call !Service: HVAC system maintenance

I have used Hush twice for air conditioning related issues. I have had the same technician and love that. Will continue to call them as my aging system needs attention - they are prompt and super polite. We had a great experience replacing some ducts and adding dampers to get the air flow just right! Kash even came back out on his own time to adjust one for us. Also added a new smart thermostat which has been amazing. Highly recommend! They were clean and thorough as well.

I never felt like they were upselling me, but rather that they really had my and my family’s needs and best interests in mind. I called for an air conditioner that was not working this morning. The company gave me a window of time, kept me informed of the arrival time, and they were on time. The parts that were needed were brought to my attention and the cost of the parts was disclosed prior to any work being done at my home The company was very respectful of my time and my property. I have been a client of Hush for 5+ years. On 7/723 right in the middle of the heat wave, my thermostat on my AC started acting erratic with the temperature not registering, controls not responding and the cool air going on and off. I decided to change the batteries and the thermostat, 20+ years old, the old plastic started breaking off which caused the batteries to not be able to make contact. I called Hush Air told them the issue and requested service. Of course they were very busy with booked appointments. Kim, the customer service, told me she was going to see if she could get me worked in for service by checking with the technicians to see if they could work me in plus she gave some tips for AC. Their service was booked until 9 pm that night. My husband and I taped up our thermostat and finally got it to start working. I called to Hush Air and told them it was working but that I would take appointment for 7/11 to get a new thermostat and maintenance performed. The office manager told me that if my AC stopped working, to call immediately and they would help me out. Fortunately AC was working until the appointment. The staff offers excellent customer service and very nice when speaking with you. I liked that when appointment was made, I immediately received a text message with confirmation and email also. I also received a reminder of appointment by text. On the day of appointment, I received a text which confirmed time of appointment plus a photo of the service technician. Which I thought was excellent because you know who you are letting in your home. His name was Kash and I received a text when he was arriving at my home since the appointment was in a 2 hour window. Kash was professional and friendly and explained everything he was going to service along with the cost up front. He answered all questions. We had the thermostat replaced and installed plus the maintenance, in which he checked everything on AC, and told us our 20+ years system was in good shape. Our compressor was very dirty and once he cleaned it, our AC WAS working better for cooling. I had not had it cleaned for 4 years. Plus with maintenance he checked all wiring connections and stuff that makes AC work to let us know the state if AC. I RECOMMEND HUSH AIR for their 5 STAR service. They care about their customers. I will be having them install new duct work this year. Plus they offered a maintenance plan for service for furnace in October and AC in summer with 2 free filters and discount on related items. Their pricing was good for the service plus I can count on them to perform the job excellently.

Our AC stopped blowing cool air out last night. Called hush air this morning and Darren was out here by 11:30. He did a fast diagnosis answered all questions and was knowledgeable. Price was reasonable too! AC is back up and running 20 min later. Very happy with our experience and very happy to have a cold house again. Thank you!

Our AC condensation drain was clogged and condensate was coming out the overflow and draining outside. I had two other companies come out to look at the work and both companies declined the work. When Hush came out, the technician said it was a tight squeeze, but was able to unclog the drain! I would highly recommend them!

Used Hush Air for new Heater installation and the experience was smooth from start to finish. They were honest and dependable so I now use them for routine maintenance on my AC and Heater units.
