The company staff showed up at the scheduled time, explained the installation and walked me through the process and the best location to install the equipments. Guyou Construction did our solar panel installation. They did a fantastic job. They did it quickly, scheduled and minimize the power outage we would have, cleaned up after themselves beautifully and followed up a year later, to make sure everything was going well. And when we told them we were having issues with SunRun, LeRoy reached out to SunRun and his team at Guyou to see if they could help. Fingers crossed on that SunRun issue but very pleased with Guyou!

Guyou Construction came out on behalf of Sunpower when a problem was discovered with our solar unit. They were really great with their communication and fixed the issue several weeks ago. Today I got a follow up text from them just to make sure everything was still working properly. Yarima answered my question, and double checked everything looked good on their side, and even provided me with literature to help me identify any future issues. Excellent customer service! Above and beyond.

I signed up last minute just before the incentives ended & Guyou came through for me. Dealing with the city, SCE, inspectors & permits is a long process and everything was approved, Guyou worked fast, efficient and always kept me informed via email or text. So far it’s been a good experience so I recommend that everyone find a professional company like Guyou. I did my research and dealt with several fly by night companies and they were very pushy & more expensive. I felt safe with Guyou the entire process so I gave them 5 out of 5 stars.Thank you Guyou!

We recently had Guyou Construction install our solar panels. They were so fast, efficient, friendly and clean. They took their time to explain their processes, answer any questions and even made sure to make sure our conduit was painted the exact shade of the house. I am very much impressed with a speed, neatness and professionally installed solar panels on my roof. All installation took about one month from the initial document signing to complete installation. Just waiting for my power company to interconnect with their grid system. Installers were very nice, polite and friendly. Would recommend this company to anyone within my area.

Mistakes happen. What I like about Gayou was they they fixed it. Amber took the time out of her day to listen to my upset and come up with a way to resolve it. They sent out Nick Reinoso who was just a pleasure to deal with. He was the field supervisor and coordinated with the plumbers to get things fixed and done. Thank you both for your hospitality, reasonableness and customer service.

Wow! What a smooth and neat installation of our Solar system. I am very happy the way the whole process went with the installers. They were on time, thorough, neat and checked with me during and after the installation for my approval. They installed smoke alarms in each of our bedrooms which was a nice plus. They also showed me the emergency shut off switched for the equipment. This crew was very considerate and valued our property as much as my wife and I do and that is a big deal to me. I would highly recommend Guyou Construction for any other projects.
