I don't like leaving critical reviews for these sorts of services but for 785$, the garage and carpet cleaning was rather disappointing. It seemed like they were a busy company and were in a hurry to get it done at the expense of thoroughness. My 70-year old relative who was supervising at the time had to work further on the stovetop and carpet.It was a bummer we found out too late, as the tenants were arriving soon so we could not request for him to return and do a more thorough job.

We had Torres Cleaning and Maintenance at our place to clean the windows, and wash the fly screens. My original review was very positive -- the windows are now really clean.However, a few days later, we noticed that Torres Cleaning had damaged and bent three of our fly screens out of shape. And now I have to get that fixed. This 1 star review is for both their carelessness in bending fly screens, and also for the dishonesty of not telling us. Hector was responsive, had the lowest price, and was reliable in showing up on time. They did a good job cleaning the windows on our 2 story home.
