I've never had experienced professional lashes before. I've done the nail salon ones and felt very uncomfortable with each blink I could feel hard glue and see a shadow of the lashes when I look out. I decided to give it a try since they are so beautiful. Well I'm so glad i did. Joy the lady who did my lashes was so patient and answered all my questions. I will be a permanent customer from now on. I can't even tell that I have them on which is the best part. But I have already received compliments on how natural and full they look. The office is small but it was so peaceful and clean! So professional!

There are 2 locations: Torrance and Rancho Cucamonga. I went to the Torrance location. Upon arrival,I was greeted immediately by Wai. I did not wait at all, as my appointment time was at 2:00 pm. Wai asked me a few questions and helped me decide what kind of lashes were best for my face and occasion. He was very helpful. After an hour, we were all done and my lashes came out beautiful. Wai took good care of me, he even threw in extra lashes to make mine look fuller! I am recommending this place to my friends and family and everyone on Yelp. I have been visiting this business since February of this year for eyelash extension placement. Poly has done a great job, so much so I took my mom to get her eyelashes done with her as well. Keep up the good work Poly.
