For the last 11 years I've been going in there twice a month but a couple of weeks ago I had the worst experience in that area the tube #11 were using it was really dirty the people that was there before us they were using oil so the border of the water in the bathtub it was black slippery .i tell them and even I call the next day to let them know our experience ,I never have a call back from them even they asked me for my phone number and they never call me
Service is amazing the staff is very friendly. The place is quite clean. My husband and I visited here a few weeks ago when the freeway was backup for some hours and we were stuck until we had to be at work. We took advantage of the outside hot tub it was a beautiful day it was too hot it was just perfect and nice impromptu midday date. Will definitely be back soon
The hot tub and sauna is nice ,, clean and inviting, the massage is really good with a very reasonable price, the desk staff is really cute and the massage was therapeutic ,,, very professional I will be back
