The best!!! Beautiful studio with ultra clean Del Rey esthetic. Dance classes are super fun and HIT workouts will really challenge you and get you in fantastic shape. Teachers are all high energy, inspirational, and awesome. Friendly staff good vibes.

This place is everything I've been looking for for years! The instructors are great, and the class options they have are diverse enough that you can do any type of workout without having to go to another gym. The classes kick your butt while still being enjoyable. They keep a really good flow to things so you definitely feel like you get to fatigue a muscle group, but it never feels like you're spending forever doing the same thing. Overall it's a great little spot! I love the energy, the space is comfortable and the equipment is nice. So so happy to have finally found 'my spot'!

From the variety of classes, to the best of the best teachers, to the inspiring events they host - KNOCKOUT has something for everyone. Stepping into the studio for the first time you feel such a special energy. It‘s unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. The studio will always have you coming back for more! So grateful for this studio and the beautiful community it continues to create :)
