I was just there! I called and Catherine answered, she was as sweet as can be. They were closing in 1/2 an hour and I said I'd make it...and I did! She didn't make feel rushed, she gave me excellent customer service as she explained the details of the spray tan.
I have been tanning at Tan Tropics for some time and I really enjoy the welcoming atmosphere. Everyone is so friendly and the salon is well maintained with clean beds. Not only is the salon clean but the prices are affordable and I was told the prices haven't changed in ten years(:
I love this place!!! I've been going on and off for a few years between a few tanning places in Santa Rosa and Marin County. I always come back because the girls are sweet and there's really never a wait when I go. They have really great deals with beds and majority of the beds I've tried I've been happy with. No complaints! The only reason I'm giving it four stars is because I haven't had a chance to try the air brush tanning!
