We visited this business for a haircut today and found a sign on the door, "Closed, Shoulder Injury." Was looking forward to a haircut here since we just moved nearby. Speedy Recovery Al!
I've been getting my hair cut at Als since I was a little kid, and I'm 46, I take my son as well.Old fashioned barber shop, AL gets you in and out as timely as possible. My dad, uncle, and a bunch of good old locals been going here for years. Hours sometimes vary, I always give AL a call just to be sure he's open. Otherwise there's no place better in my opinion. Check Als out for yourself.
Great cut, don't try and guess their hours. First time in there owner said he hadn't taken a day off in 30 plus years. Twice now I've dropped by to see about a cut only to find the place dark. Nobody answers the phone when you call, afraid he's letting things go. Drive half an hour to see a sign in the window that they're closed until Tuesday. Off to find another barber.
