The nail technician who worked on my nails was friendly, but there was a language barrier as she did not speak English, which made it challenging to communicate exactly what I wanted.I opted for the builder gel, which cost $60. The price was reasonable, and the color matched the picture I brought in, which was great. The initial application of the gel was smooth and looked nice. However, the nails did not last as long as I expected--they started to show signs of wear and tear within two weeks. Sand and dirt got trapped between the gel and my nails, and one nail even came off.Overall, while the price and color were satisfactory, the durability of the nails left much to be desired. I would consider visiting again if these issues were addressed.

We were looking for a new place to get our nails done and found Purr Nails Spa. Their customer service is beyond phenomenal. We will definitely be back and I highly recommend them.

Best nail service I've had in a long time! Got a gel manicure and a pedicure and was incredibly pleased with the attention to detail from the nail techs. They didn't skimp out on anything! My polish held up for 2.5 weeks! Will definitely be coming back, can't wait.

Very clean and nail techs are nice. Was a little frustrated that they don't do gel-color changes on natural nails? They only do them on acrylics which wasn't very accommodating. They also do regular polish change. So odd I'll probably be back when I need a pedicure because Ivy did a great job with callus removal and 20$ extra for gel is nuts but it's the economy what can they do.

My daughter got the pedicure and they did a good job. I got the regular manicure and though my polish held up still 2weeks later I wish she gave my hand/arm massage more time then a min. My daughter had a better massage on her legs and her pedicure was $30 vs my manicure $25.

When they did my graduation nails, I felt like they really rushed the process. She was filing my nails so fast it hurt and the way she applied the paint was kind of sloppy. The acrylic was also a little too thick.

I never write reviews but the experience I had at this Salon was so bad I had to warn others. After spending $110 for a gel pedicure I expect to receive quality service. This was my first time visiting Pure Nails Spa. I am going to assume the nail attendant must have been new to the job. I purchased one of their spa packages. The massage was awful, she just rubbed my feet, the cuticle removal was subpar, she did not cut my nails straight, she barely scrubbed my feet. After the massage she left all the oil and cream on my feet after she was done with the pedicure . She thanked me and then walked away. I had to ask for a towel so I could wipe my feet off so I would not slip and fall from having SUPER oily feet. She did not help to put on my sandals. Then when I looked at my toe nails and 3 for them had not dried properly under the light and the polish was rough looking and dull. Not shiny and smooth like the rest of my toe nails. I pointed this out to someone as I my nail attendant had left the room and they said oh that it had not dried properly. The nail attendant returned and asked what the problem was and I pointed out the nails and she didn't apologies and seemed very annoyed then she proceeded to file down the nail on my toe so hard that she broke the skin on my toe. She had an attitude the whole time- like I was the one bothering her. I know that one worker does not represent the whole salon but Quality Service should be the main priority of all the workers. Especially for a pedicure that cost $110. I would be careful when going to this salon.

I had high hopes for this salon based on a recommendation, but my experience was disappointing. I selected a gel color from the display and requested a dip powder in a similar shade. There seemed to be some communication issues, as it was emphasized that the color I liked was only available in gel. Eventually, it was suggested to use a clear dip with a gel layer on top. I was assured this would be long-lasting.

Unfortunately, my nails started chipping by Sunday, just two days after my Friday appointment. Since I live out of town, I went back on Monday for repairs. The staff was kind and accommodating, but I noticed the technician only removed the clear dip coat and applied a new gel layer, which was a slightly different color.

After leaving town, two more nails chipped, and one completely came off. Overall, the service felt rushed, the results were unsatisfactory, and the $100 spent did not reflect the quality I expected.

hello, this is the second time I've come. the first time I was very happy with my performance. I came for a pedicure and gel.
The person lasted 20 minutes on my feet. She was in a big hurry, I don't mind if the work is done... The service was half done, in the pedicure there are messages and with sugar I was entitled to a quick cleaning. I'm ticklish but I also like massages and above all I pay for the service. When it was time to pay, I told the man who collected it but as I don't speak English well, I used my Google translate. He said yes yes I'll see and as if nothing had happened. I don't find it normal to pay for a service, especially when it was written in black and white and I only got half of the service. I came for a moment of relaxation which made me more stressed because the person who took care of me was in robot mode. Especially since there were no customers waiting.
