I'm very picky and particular about my nails and Anh is the only person in Pasadena I trust with my manicures. I sometimes ask for specific and complicated designs and she comes thru every single time, I'm not exaggerating when i say that my nails look perfect everytime anh does them, I constantly get compliments. Ive also been coming to this location for years and the entire staff here is so friendly and welcoming, i truly enjoy coming in. I recommend this salon to everyone!

Very happy with my service this morning! The nail tech helped me through my indecisiveness to land on gel French tips on my natural nails. And only took 30-35 minutes. Would definitely come back

the owner is too focused on the price rather than the skill and the service provided. with $35 you should be able to do a simple service right.... she doesn't even want to come back because the customer service is not only bad but the practice is also terrible. "are you going to tip cash or card" is literally peer pressure and a very disturbing way of doing business with clients and also they also trimmed her nails to make it the right shape but ended up still uneven. if i were her i wouldn't even come back either from this response, very unprofessional that u can't acknowledge that what u did was wrong... too many excuses at this point i would just refund her
