Yesterday Oct 3, 2025, I lost a nose pad to my precious Silhouette glasses. Stopped by California Avenue Optometry - been a patient for sometime now. Jessica kindly took care of my little problem is less than 10 minutes. I couldn't be happier with their customer care, and professionalism by also offering amazing state of the art collection of eyewear designs and products.
These people were so kind!
I am visiting from New York and one of my eyepads on my glasses fell off, so, as I was having lunch nearby, I decided to ask them to repair it. I fully expected to pay for the nose pad, but they did it at no charge to me. That type of kindness in today's world is RARE. This is how businesses used to be, back in 1970.
