I gave western roofing a two because I called them and ask them to come out and check if I had a leak in my roof. They sent two men who went up on my roof and it took them exactly 5 minutes to come back and tell me that it was my windows leaking not my roof. For this they charged me $360 for two men for one hour. I am an 81 year old widow, and I called them and asked them to please make some sort of an adjustment that this was outrageous. They refused and said this was their policy. Bad company! I noticed they only have a 2 1/2 star rating and I'm adding to that. Velma Hagar.
Called to schedule an inspection of my roof (residential). WPRC said they no longer do work on residential roofs as of 1/1/24. Ya might want to update your website to that effect, WPRC!
The office staff is rude and slams you on hold without asking. The workers have caused more harm to my roof and now I have leaks in places around the roof that weren't tv there before they put a new roof on. They also left my water running and it was about 6 hours after they left that I noticed it. The company is trying to walk away without taking any responsibility for the damage, and left me as the homeowner with more damage to my home.Services: Roof repair for storm & wind damage
