This version of the Terra Cotta Inn is a wonderful upgrade. The location is much better and the accommodations are far superior.In addition to location and facilities, the staff is just great, the breakfast is as advertised, and the availability of gas fire pit and barbecue is a welcome enhancement. the pool is kept just right and there are plenty of adjustable shade umbrellas It would be nice to have the same at the spa.The rooms are well appointed and come with a small freezer and fridge along with a microwave.Mimi is a superb massage therapist.For a place to get naked, soak up some sun and meet interesting people for a reasonable cost, the Terra Cotta Inn can't be...read full review

We love this place.They make you feel right at home. When we visit we see people we have met from times past. Big rooms, Great Continental Breakfast and great Happy Hour. It is close to the main streets of Palm Springs. A must place to visit for any bucket list.

We booked our 1st stay here on our way to Phoenix for Spring Training 2019. We like clothing optional, all-over tans, skinny dipping and socializing. This resort is immaculate and the service is impeccable. We loved the saline pool and spa and after our brief 2 night first stay, booked a week at the end of October 2019 and can't wait!
