Went there for a little mini vacation. First time going and will most likely go back soon hopefully. I went dirinh the start of triple heat. As I recall the first day I stayed it was a high of 124 but I didn't mind the heat. I stayed in the back area and it was great. Room was perfect and only wish the AC could have cooled more but nothing a dip in the pool couldn't help with. Highly recommend and great and I mean great staff.
Hotel Room Experience:Arrival: I arrived a bit early, having been quoted a check in time of 3pm, so my room was not ready. I was fine with that, but Rich was awesome and showed me around the resort, showed me my room, and gave me a pool towel to use while I waited for my room to be ready. Once my room was ready, I went to the room. It was a basic room, which was what I was looking for. The bathroom was adequate, the glass shower was nice. There was a mini-fridge and a microwave, both worked well. There was plenty of space to put folded clothes in the drawers, lots of available hangers in the closet. I stayed here last year and the place was great. The owner was very friendly and kind. The room was comfortable and clean and the grounds were very well maintained. They offered a basic breakfast that helped me start my day. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a lovely place to stay while in Palm Springs.
