I just had my first massage with Aaron, and I've had many of them over the years, and this by far was one of the best. As a former fitness professional I've had a lot of massages, being that I was always working out and sore, whether it be weight training; kickboxing; boot camp classes; or doing Pilates. Aaron greeted me at his gate, welcomed me in, and made me feel right at home. He constantly checked in to see how I was doing, and found my knots, and tight spots. I generally like deep tissue, but today went for something in between Sweedish, and Deep Tissue. The time flew by, and I am looking forward to my next massage already. One of the 2 best massage therapists I have ever had. His studio has a unique Russian River vibe with beautiful art and a great, eclectic music selection. Aaron has a variety of styles and adapts his method to each client. If you have any unique conditions, he will adapt his style to your needs. If you're enjoying a visit to Sonoma, make an appointment! You won't regret it. Just got another massage from Aaron. He's truly the best massage therapist I've known.
