Strong Republic welcomed me in and has made me feel right at home. Changing from another gym can be very uncomfortable, yet I have had a wonderful transition. I am very happy to say, I look forward to my workout each day.
Strong republic is great- After avoiding a strength exercise program for over two years, I finally joined Strong Republic. They got my strength program back on track. The coaches/ trainers have been very helpful, especially with my particular limitations. The exercises are varied and interesting and the community of working out with fellow like-minded individuals has been really helpful. I highly recommend this organization for anyone that needs extra motivation and good coaching to meet their strength goals.
When I first started, I wasn't sure I would be able to complete a month. They worked me hard but I made it! Now I look forward to my classes! Ryan, Nikola and Nicole are great to work with and I have seen improvement in my strength, posture and overall fitness. If you are looking for a small class where you get great personal attention, this is the place for you.
