Booked an appointment on a whim and was not disappointed! My stylist, Mary Elizabeth, did such a fantastic job on my highlights! I've had some lousy experiences at salons in the past (who hasn't? especially when going blonde), but the finished product came out so blended, undamaged, and natural-looking. Would highly recommend this place to anyone in the area, particularly if you're nervous about bleach!
Mary Elizabeth has been doing my hair for about a year. This salon is locally owned. Take a look at the work of all the stylists. They are working hard to meet the new CDC guidelines. Everyone is great! I've never been disappointed.
Annalise is the best! She is the only person that I trust to do my hair. I love the vibe at chapter one, it's very laid back but you can tell that all of the stylists are serious about their work. They're all really nice too, and will chat with you/each other while you're there. I'd definitely recommend chapter one to anyone!
