These guys are great. Very responsive, professional, and high quality work. Henos took pictures of everything, before and after, and clearly walked me through what needed to get done and why. Highly recommended.
Amazing experience with Henos at Royale Air! I received a call from my tenant who said they found mold in the insulation around the in-unit furnace - obviously very scary and something I needed to remedy ASAP. I sent a Yelp request out to many companies and Royale was one of the first to respond with a plan for remediation, and also agreed to come the same day and remove the insulation because I was so worried. I was so thankful, but even more thankful when Henos arrived and found that there was no mold! A dry fog remediation company had conned my tenant into believing that old insulation was moldy - no mold! Henos explained everything to all of us, and is coming back...read full review
My neighbor asked me to help her find a furnace repair company to evaluate her very very old Dayton Circulator pump motor furnace. The first company to respond was Royale Air and she was fortunate enough to have Henos Haile come to the home the same day of the phone call. He was able to simply explain how the furnace worked and why the EPA wants these furnaces replaced and not repaired due to safety concerns and regulations. My neighbor has decisions to make about replacing the furnace and she is now better prepared to make them due to the expertise of Henos and Royal Air Heating.
