I was familiar with Neptune and pleased to sign up with them for my own future cremation. My only wish is that I could pay the price in as quickly a time as I am able to, and not have to wait for one year.
Neptune Society did a wonderful job making my wife and I feel comfortable and taken care of after my father passed away. They took care of our needs in a timely and professional manner during a difficult time. We would highly recommend them and would use their services again.
My mother had pre-need arrangements with Neptune Society. When the time came, they were not only immediately responsive, but they were compassionate, thorough, and kept me updated at each step. Neptune Society's staff took a load off my mind at a time when I would have been overwhelmed without their help.
