Doggy Lama and their staff are *the best* and Emily in particular has been a lifesaver. We have an elderly cat with health issues, and she recently became ill while we were out of the country. Emily got her to an urgent vet appointment, picked up meds, administered them twice a day, and scheduled extra visits to make sure she was recovering -- it could have been a nightmare but Emily made it totally manageable and reassured us with texts and (beautiful!) photos throughout the process. She truly cares for our cat, and we know when we're away she's in excellent hands. We've been using Doggy Lama for three years and have had nothing but lovely experiences.

We love Doggy Lama! Our pup, Ernest, goes on regular group walks. Diego sends sweet photos and videos of the dogs on their walks, and sends pick-up/drop-off updates. Molly and the Doggy Lama team are thoughtful in matching dogs with their groups. We've also boarded Ernest with Molly and he had the time of his life! Molly took excellent care of him and he had a blast playing with the other dogs who were boarding. I can't recommend Doggy Lama enough!

Emily is totally the best! I love the photos she sends of Jake and she's good about giving updates with his leash-walking progress (in person + via text). She's also very patient with Jake and aware of his reactions to other dogs, even if they're far away. And it's very clear that she loves dogs, which might be why Jake starts howling with joy as soon as she's in the parking lot. I would highly recommend Doggy Lama and Emily!
