As a 33 year old who had never driven before, I was very very anxious, but learning how to drive from Miss Mona and Christian eased a lot of my apprehensions away. They are very hands-on in their approach; each lesson they take lasts for 2 hours and I was behind the wheel from the very first one!
Both instructors know what they’re doing, and they’re really good at their jobs. Since you’re spending 2 long hours in the car with someone, I found it immensely helpful that both Miss Mona and Christian are also interesting people who I had good fun talking to!

Excellent company. Mona and Latrisa helped my daughter passed her driving test. My daughter originally went through a different driving school and I'll be honest, they did not prepare her well. I found Mona's company on Yelp and from the moment I talked to Mona and met with her I knew my daughter was in the right hands. I wish I had known Mona before we went with the other driving school because I believe my daughter would have passed on her first try. This was my daughter's second try and Mona and Latrisa were able to correct the errors that my daughter made on her first try. Our son came home GLOWING with confidence from his first lesson with Christian. We live in Oakland's Jack London neighborhood, where drivers are "insane," according to him. He decided to wait until 18 to learn to drive. We decided it would not be good for us to teach him to drive. Christian picked him up, on time, and drove to the old Alameda Naval Base to start his first lesson. By the end, he was driving Alameda's local streets, including part of Shoreline on a warm Saturday. Excellent progress. Excellent! Excellent! Excellent!
